Christmas Part 1

I can honestly say I have never opened presents before the 25th...maybe Christmas eve, but as children become adults family plans have to change. My brother and sister have busy holiday work schedules and only some of us will be traveling out of town on Christmas eve to my grandparents' house.
In order to celebrate together,  on Monday night my family and I sat down to a Christmas brinner of eggnog french toast, bacon, ham, and omelets.

Please, please promise me that if you don't have something planned for Christmas breakfast already, you'll make eggnog french toast. The best french toast I've ever had...and I know breakfast!

Full and happy we gathered around the tree and opened our gifts from one another. Sounds corny, but it's such a heart-warming feeling to be 'round the tree with family.

Franklin was probably the most excited and proceeded to break in his new doggy bed over the next couple of hours.

I received many items for my summer trip to Europe, books, dvds, and clothes.
Is there anyone out there who used to watch ALIAS? I was a faithful sunday night watcher. I loved Bradley Cooper first! ;)

I'm getting ready for Christmas number 3 with my family in Chicago! Merry Christmas, everyone!
