Lately more than ever my mornings have consisted of me standing in front of my closet and dresser drawers complaining, "I have nothing to wear!" And yes, all while glancing around at the piles and piles of clothing I own. The truth is I do have more than enough clothing to live, but what I'm missing are the right pieces.
One of my favorite fashion blogs, J's Everyday Fashion, has had me thinking a lot lately about how we spend money on clothing. I believe in quality over quantity, but sometimes it's hard not to fall for the Forever 21 price tags. Why buy 1 shirt here when you can buy 5 shirts there, am I right?
Check out J's Everyday Fashion and her advice on how to set a clothing budget. Her advice has been so helpful to me!
Now, back to cleaning out my closet. I have a load of things to take to Plato's Closet and see if I can get any money for them.

Here are some picks I'll be on the lookout for with my October budget:
- Polka Dot Sweater via jcrew
- Dark Wash Chambray Shirt via target
- Navy Pants via american eagle
- Pencil Skirt via ann taylor
These are just samples, not the exact item I'm looking for. My wallet would not let me buy the J.Crew cashmere sweater!
