I found the recipe over at Can You Stay for Dinner? and just knew I had to try it! I like to think of it as a fancy shmancy pasta salad; perfect for a summer dinner! If you enjoy flavorful herbs and vinaigrette dressing this is a definite must for you.
I was so excited to find this because we have fresh mint and basil growing here at home right now and I got to use both!

- a little less mint (original calls for ¼ cup) but don't get me wrong--the mint flavor is necessary
- Make it for a get together or bbq. It makes a TON!
