Yesterday was pretty busy and all with working 9-5, coming home and eating dinner, and zumba + a workout. Busy yet uneventful. So I'll leave you with my meals, breakfast and dinner. Lunch happened but was sporadic. Remember, 3 kids...
Breakfast was a bowl of blueberry Chobani yogurt topped off with some Kashi Go Lean crisp--cinnamon crumble, grapes, and blueberries.
Dinner was my mom's awesome chicken salad--I had multiple servings--served with kashi crackers and fruit salad.
