4th of July Workout

Happy Birthday, America! I hope everyone is having a fantastic 4th!

I know amongst all the barbeques, and fireworks it's hard to have working out on the brain. My YMCA closed at noon {and this girl wasn't getting up early to beat the crowd} which sounds like a good excuse not to workout---wrong!

Recently I found Pilates instructor, Cassey over at Blogilates. Her video workouts are AWESOME! And the best part is that you can find a video for just about any area you want to target! All of the videos I have tried are abou 10 min or less. You can most definitely find 10 minutes today to get in a good workout.
