Hodge Podge Workout

After all of those peanut butter cookies, I guess it's about time a workout post showed up again! 

Yesterday's workout was a little of this and a little of that. Basically when I finished one thing, whatever popped into my head next was what I did. So here's what I'm calling my Hodge Podge Workout.

First I did a HIIT workout on the treadmill which looked like this:

Next, I streeeetched it out and then did:
  • 30 squats w/overhead press ←I use 8-10 lb dumbells
  • 50 bicycle crunches
  • 50 "regular" plain ol' crunches
  • 10 push-ups ←i'm a push-up wimp!
In case you're wondering, here is what the squat looks like...

And your bicycle crunches should look like this...

...but I don't know why you would need to watch 48 seconds of it...

Today I may dabble around in a random mix of workout favorites again...we'll see!

Try my random workout and work up a good sweat or do your own. Break out of the routine and do your favorite moves around the gym!

  1. Girl, you're inspiring me with the workouts. I think I need to buy myself a couple of smaller-level weights.
