On the menu this time around were some bourbon seasoned salmon filets, pre-cooked shrimp, and sushi. Ok, ok--so we didn't have to do a whole lot but it was tasty just the same!
I took care of seasoning the shrimp and heating it through with some oil and butter in a skillet. Next I melted more butter for sauce and added fresh garlic and seasoning {hard work--I know}.
Corey took care of grilling up our filets just right! This meal was minimal effort but oh so tasty. I know my belly was happy!
Next up--bigger adventures of preparing and cooking lobster and mussels. Giada from the food network has a simple but amazing recipe for mussels that I really want to try.
