End of the School Year-Making Memories

As my first year of teaching comes to an end, (WOW--really?!) I've been thinking about how I'm going to finish things up with my class.

My kids have really bonded with each other and I want to give them a chance to say their "see ya next years!" and "You're my BFF n/c" (are we still doing that?  never change "n/c")

I would normally just assume that's what yearbooks are for, but only 2 of my kids bought one. So, I've been searching around for a way my kids could still have that end of the year moment and a tangible memory of their friends from this year.

TeachersPayTeachers is a GREAT website, and I found a neat idea (here) to do an autograph page like a Facebook wall. I decided to create my own to make it a little more Facebook like and specific to my class. This is a filled in example using myself!
Here's the blank example that I will print for my kids to fill in.
I used 18 notifications because that's how many signatures my students will have if everybody in the class signs their sheet!

I think I might have my students back the page with some card stock paper and then I will laminate them as a keepsake.
